Meet Alicia Smith, the heart and soul of Lumen Immigration Services. Alicia, a passionate, organized, and efficient pro, is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and a proud member in good standing with the Immigration Consultant of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC).

Having studied and currently living in Canada, Alicia has been through the immigration grind herself, inspiring her to open Lumen Immigration. Alicia holds a Graduate Diploma in Immigration Consultancy with Honours from CDI College in Mississauga, Ontario. Additionally, she holds a Post-graduate Certificate in Digital Media Marketing from George Brown College, Toronto, Ontario, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of West Indies, Mona. She has worked in Canada as a Marketing Strategist, and in the banking sector while in Jamaica.
